Easy Turkish style meat pizzas

No yeast, no waiting, 2 ingredients dough topped with spicy meat. What’s not to love.
Serve with fresh salad, tzatziki, tahini or any other fresh sauce you fancy.

This is more an idea than a recipe, to be honest.

The quick dough is made of 1:1 equal parts Greek yogurt and self rising flour. Knead until smooth and divife into balls. I’d say each cup of yogurt: flour equals 4 pizzas. Flatten on an oiled baking sheet.

Filling is onions fried until they begin to brown, ground meat of whatever variety you have, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, a pinch of cinnamon or ras el hanout, grated tomato and chopped parsley. I add 1 egg when it cools.

Flatten the dough balls on the baking sheet, scoop big Table spoons of meat on each ball and flatten. Brush with egg wash or oil spray if you feel especially lazy. Sprinkle rock salt.

Bake in 375 Fahrenheit for about 20-25 min until begins to golden. Enjoy!
